After Feeling Dismissed and Ignored by my GP for a long time for various reasons, I decided the only way i could cut out all the guess work and worry was to just get a full body Scan, I was always putting it off but recently decided i was going for it!....I'm so glad I did, the scan picked up a few things i didn't know, which i can now get help with and essentially prolong my life!....I would say its well worth it just to get a good understanding of how your overall health is....Your life is Priceless!....From first contacting Get Scanned the communication was exceptional, The Scan was booked in Pretty Quickly at a location of my choice, and My Report was ready in around a week! A GP called to go through what was found on the scan and was Happy to answer any questions I had. Overall i was definately reccomend.
The communication was fantastic- Arjun dealt with all communication with me via call or text and he was brilliant. He called me back quickly if I had any questions and also text back quickly. He chased up any concerns I had. I booked a full body MRI with the booking calendar and got the date I requested but had to go to a scanning centre a bit further away. The scan date and location is not confirmed until you speak to the first GP to discuss the reason for the MRI. I did ask if the MRI would pick up a certain medical condition and was told by the first GP it would. After the scan I found out it did not pick up the medical condition I wanted and a different type of MRI with diffusion weighted imaging was needed. Ensure you double check if you are wanting a scan to pick up something specific. This part was dissapointing however the scan did pick up a number of other concerns which was worth while.The 2nd GP appointment with Dr Shivali Patel was excellent l. She explained everything to me and made quick reports to send to my GP for follow up. I choose get scanned as I did not need a GP referral for a quick appointment. The results took 4 days for the report and they sent me the MRI images on the same day as requested via email. Overall I was happy with this service although dissapointed that the first GP call advised it would pick up a certain medical condition but it didn’t.
Decided to book for my own peace of mind. Waited a little longer to have done but only due to were the best place for me to get to was and I was happy to wait. Lovely staff who did my mri made me feel at easy and comfortable and i am slightly clostraphobic aand they filled me with confidence. Doctor call back was within days and she was very informative. The apps great incase you forget anything as its all wrote down for you. Also it is really interesting to see what your body looks like on the inside. This scan has helped my health anxiety and now I can pin point problem areas of my health and it has instilled lots of reassurance that nothing more sinister is going on.

Excellent onboarding process. The blood testing process was seamless and although we had to go to London for our scans, the process was smooth. The follow up calls with the doctor and nutritionist were really useful and I feel that we have a clear sight of our health and what we need to tweak going forwards.
I had a very satisfactory experience from start to finish. I booked a full body scan which was done quickly, with the results following a few days later. The app contains all the information you need, including a very detailed report, as well as a consolidated one, along with all the images. You get a 30 minute consultation with a GP included and everything was explained clearly. Communication throughout was great and would recommend this company without hesitation.
