Good communication when my yearly boiler service was due and they offered me an appointment very quickly afterwards. The engineer found a new fault and explained he would report back to Corgi to confirm they would authorise the repair, which they did and a few days later the engineer returned and fixed everything with some new parts. Really good efficient service.
