I contacted customer service after I noticed that my package had dropped off the face of the earth. Customer Service ( Janice) said to wait until April 14th. I will forget by then and do nothing number one. Number two it's expensive and if someone tells you and SHOWS you that the order is stalled you should at least call the carrier to see what the problem is not put it on the customer. So I am either looking for them to expedite my order, or give me my money back so that I can find another water bottle.
