What an absolute joke. A national delivery company that refuses to deliver (it is too much effort to ring a doorbell), loses parcels at an alarming rate, and never comes when they are scheduled. What makes it worse is that they do not respond to messages either. With todays technology it is difficult to understand how they can get it so wrong, is it just incompetence from the top down?
