Drivers refuse to do their jobIf you can choose your carrier, avoid this carrier like the plague.Also, I recommend to not pick up packages, this way senders will submit complaints with them due to loss of income/having to make additional costs due to Correos' fault, maybe then they will listen and take it seriously.Correos discriminates against disabled people by refusing re-delivering even though it's the drivers who are lazy and don't do their job (happened multiple times). Offered camera footage to show they never attempted delivery, customer service did not respond AT ALL and sent the same response over and over to go pick up.They don't even read complaints. Complete waste of time. Hope they go out of business.
