The parcel was sent to me by my parents but wasn’t delivered because of some problems on the custom control. There was no notification that my actions needed. When I understood that I need to fill some documents and tried to sign up to the website, I had some technical issues and couldn’t do it, that’s why my parcel was returned. Actually I’d be glad if it was returned because it was lost on the way back. I tried to inform someone regarding it using website but was redirected to non-working page
