Stolen and lost parcels is a common theme. But what is far worse is Correos customer service who are unhelpful and stupid.Insured a parcel of jewellery for €1000 and paid Correos €60 for the privilege. When it was ‘lost’ they refused to pay out more that €26. They wanted jewellery receipts!!! I managed to find most of them BUT STILL WONT PAY. Lots of stalling techniques. This is illegal and fraud. Bad enough their transit employees are stealing without customer service stealing too. Pretending not to understand concept of Insurance!! Terrible fraudulent company. Shame on you.
