I ordered two discounted kits for a total of 54€. They took 2 WEEKS just to 'inspect' the package. Then, I received a bill for 70€ (what?!). About 15€ was VAT (since the package came from outside Europe), which is understandable. However, the remaining 55€ were HANDLING FEES???? Seriously? Conclusion: They are both slow and greedy. Just to note, I had previously ordered two packages to my location in Germany, and it was super fast with no extra charges!
