I ordered 2 discounted kits for 27€ each, totaling 54€. Initially, they took 2 WEEKS to 'inspect' the package. Then, I received a bill for 70€ (what a surprise). About 15€ of that was VAT, which is understandable since the package came from outside Europe. However, the remaining 55€ were labeled as HANDLING FEES????? Are they serious? Overall, the experience was frustrating and felt greedy. For context: I previously ordered 2 packages to my address in Germany, which arrived quickly without any additional charges!

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Their service is among the worst. I've been waiting for a package since it arrived in Spain in July, and on September 9th, it was returned to the sender. Their website is useless, and it's nearly impossible to get in touch with them.
It's an absolute disaster. The website works only intermittently. When it does work, it crashes often and fails to save uploads. They keep asking for resubmissions and changes, not just once but every couple of hours. They show no regard for clients. Additionally, they charge excessively high fees at the end without prior notice! This happens after you've gone through the entire process, leaving you with no choice but to proceed. Services from other postal companies are much more user-friendly.
This company creates an impossible situation for claiming a purchase from customs in Madrid. I only have the purchase invoice paid via PayPal and the bank payment as proof. I don't have the supplier's address, as 98% of companies in China don’t provide this information. Three months later, and after sending several documents, I'm still waiting. Their customer service has no English-speaking options to contact.
I received an email stating my package was sent back to the sender. After waiting a month and trying to contact them while submitting required documents with great difficulty on their website, I am once again disappointed. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. 👎👎
This is the absolute worst postal service I've ever experienced. They hold shipments and have no means of clearing or submitting documentation online. They hide instructions from importers on their website. They are detrimental to their own economy.
