I had my family send me some personal items like clothes, shoes and decorations because I recently moved to Spain.. They’re holding my package hostage and demanding I pay ridicilous fees for items that are my own. They wont help me in any way, they won’t discuss other solutions, and the website they force you to use is outdated and useless.
