I have had a not at home delivery status posted online for last Saturday when I was at home. There was not even a call or text from the driver and today I am sent an email saying my package is out for delivery so I wait in all day again.Then this evening I get an tracking update to say the item cannot be delivered as the address is incomplete, but it was complete on Saturday when it could not be delivered, wasn't it?If I had a phone call I could have directed the driver or met them, but again there was no call. I am also unable to select manage /update new delivery on line. You just go around in circles on their website. This is really ridiculous and sadly very common with courier services here.Does anyone from C.Express see these reviews and care. If by chance they see this review will anything change? I think not. What a way to run a business
