They claimed to have attempted delivery at my address at 14:52, but I was present. By 14:53, I got a notification to pick up the package at a specified location. This experience was frustrating and not the first time. I paid for delivery, yet had to walk in the rain to retrieve my package.

Terrible service experience

Complaints seem ineffective

It seems that complaining and leaving reviews doesn't make a difference. There are genuinely good companies struggling, while this service continues to operate despite its poor service, lack of customer support, and delivery issues. It's a disappointing company that should reflect on its performance.

Consistently poor service

Consistently poor service. Whenever I know a package is being delivered by this service, I brace myself for issues. They claimed I changed the delivery date, which I did not. I tried to file a complaint online, but the website wouldn’t allow it. It's unacceptable, and the leadership should be held accountable.

Delivery service to avoid

This service is used by a business I frequently purchase from. For the past four months, they have consistently been late with deliveries and falsely claim to have attempted delivery while I was home. I recommend avoiding them.

Completely unreliable service

Completely unreliable service; they cannot deliver on time and often lie about attempts to deliver, even when I'm waiting. I've had to get refunds multiple times this year due to this terrible service. I strongly advise against using them!

Inconvenient delivery practices

The drivers seem unwilling to deliver properly, opting instead to inform you that they will drop off at a pick-up point over 30km away. Customer service is unreachable; the tracking number doesn't allow for complaints. I will not be shopping online with businesses that use this carrier again.

Always late and unhelpful

As usual, they don’t make an effort to find my address and instead send a message claiming it's incorrect. The website for selecting a collection point only allows me to choose a preselected location, which is not convenient at all. In summary: always late, always at the wrong location, and nothing works as it should.

This service is extremely difficult to contact. The phone doesn’t work, the online form is dysfunctional, and emails go unanswered. Delivery is unreliable, and they mention pick-up points that are not functional. Avoid them to prevent major issues.

Marked as delivered but not received

The shipment is marked as 'Delivered' but the package never arrived at my home. I receive many packages each year without issues. I paid a significant amount for this item, but there’s no way to speak to anyone; you can only open a claim, which they close after a few days. It feels almost criminal.
