This service is absurd; I ordered three items that I had to return. They don't offer free returns, which I should have known beforehand, so I had to cover the shipping costs to send the items back to Spain. After confirming the delivery, I waited over a week for my refund, which I never received. When I contacted customer support, they told me I needed to provide a delivery note signed by someone from their warehouse, which the carrier never provided. Now, I have neither the items nor my refund. Very frustrating experience.
