This service is frustrating; I bought three items that I had to return. They don't provide free returns, which I should have realized before ordering. I had to pay out of pocket to ship the return to Spain. After getting confirmation of delivery, I waited over a week for my refund, which never came. When I reached out to customer support, they told me I needed to provide a delivery note with a signature from their warehouse, but the carrier didn't send me that. Now, I have neither the items nor my refund. Very disappointing service.

The package arrived missing the trousers from a matching set of trousers and jacket. It included a note saying, 'sorry we were out of the trousers, we'll refund you,' along with a single piece of candy. Throughout the two-week wait for the package, I received no updates about the missing item. If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered the jacket at all, which is now useless. Additionally, the refund has not been processed.
