Great products, but the service is extremely poor. I ordered ten items online and still haven't received them. I tried to reach out for assistance but got no response. The parcel has been marked out for delivery for four days. I requested tracking information and help, but received nothing. This is my last time buying from this service. The level of service is unacceptable.
