I placed an online order on January 14, and as of today, February 17, I am still waiting for my package! I have received no updates regarding the delivery date or status of my order. Each week, I send an email and receive a standard reply, yet nothing gets resolved. It's unacceptable that no one can provide me with a clear update or solution for my order.
