I ordered some products at the beginning of the month and it was going to be deliver 4 days later. The delivery company notify the parcel was broken and they could not deliver. I tried to speak with Cortenplus to see if they could send another product or give me a refund, but their customer service is really bad. I still haven't heard anything from them 20 days later and I am going to ask my bank to give me a refund
