DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is legit the worst experience I have ever had with a supplier. We ordered almost €600 worth of materials and only €29 worth has arrived. We have over 50 emails on the email thread to the one email address they supply, they do not have a phone number! We are constantly being asked by Corten to explain what our issue is & why we are requesting a refund. They promise to look in to the situation, they "appreciate your understanding and patience" but it is literally an email thread of replies full of cliches! This is going on 3 months and still no material or refund...baffled.
