I bought the all in all 360 car seat for my husbands car from boots which I thought was the same as mine but have now realised mine is the all in all ultra that I purchased separately last year with the full silhouette bundle. Boots use third party and instruct Cosatto to sent out the car seat which arrived promptly. We put the car seat in my husbands car to test before unpacking everything which is an Audi A4, the car seat would not spin as the sides are too big to turn and just get stuck on the back of the seat which was no good if it cannot be used as a 360 spin. We agreed to swap and put it in my car which is a Volvo xc60 and yet again same issue… I’m now beginning to think does this seat actually spin in any car? So I contacted boots who said to contact Cosatto to send back which I did multiple ways. DPD came to collect the parcel 2nd Feb and it arrived back at Cosatto 4th Feb to which I had an email advising it had arrived at the planet hospital for a cuddle and as soon as they get the all clear they will launch it back to me? I had to email back to this as it was being sent for a refund not a repair leaving customers confused and worried- had email 9th Feb to advise to ignore this email and that once it’s checked a refund will be issued accordingly. I emailed back on 11th Feb asking for an update as to if it has been checked yet or if they have instructed boots to refund me yet- had an email back 12th Feb advising they will update once they have confirmation that boots have been informed and refund is on the way… we are now on the 17th Feb, no email to advise it’s been checked or to say boots have been informed to refund… I think this customer service is just ludicrous, I feel so in the dark and not understanding the long wait for a car seat to be checked that it hasn’t been used and it feels as if there is no rush to refund anyone or check orders sent back see as they have the money. I’ve never waited 2 weeks for something to be checked before refunds are issued… I was looking to buy the same all in all ultra again once I had the refund for this seat and I have been a fan of Cosatto for a long time and have had 3 different pram sets from them but this experience has truly put me off for life and I think I’ll look elsewhere!
