Car seat has a faulty buckle. Didn't realise until my just turn two year old was unrestrained on a journey as she was able to pull buckle out (I had ensure the click).
Checked online and yes there is a recall for this product. Contacted Cosatto and we could either pay £40 for repair of the part or find the warranty and proof of purchase for the recall and repair for free.
I have found comparable car seats that meet our needs for £60 where all components are new rather than £40 for one part fixed and new.
Also for a recall due to safety on their part there shouldn't be hoops to jump through. Like finding proof of purchase. The item is in used and it's faulty and dangerous
I would no recommend this brand, the patterns are beautiful but it isn't worth the money
I would never use this company and would advise others to avoid too. First of all let me list the reasons we are not due a refund according to your scam of a company: "Crumbs and a mark on the seat constitutes use of the seat. An item was missing. The original packaging was missing and accessories were provided returned in an Aldi bag". We have a right to return a car seat we purchased as it did not fit the car. We also have the right to try the product before returning. Which means removing from the packaging and placing the seat in the car and the child in the seat. During this process crumbs and slight marks (especially from a toddler) can happen upon the seat. This does NOT constitute "use" in this context. We informed you the packaging was missing and accepted a reduction in refund amount to provide us with a box. All items that we received were returned and no image or example of the missing part has been provided so that IF we did miss this out we can return it as well. Next time i wont put all accessories in a bag for you i'll leave them loose in the box? apologies if you dont like Aldi bags. Overall experience has been beyond shocking and at this point. Unless physical evidence that proves the seat was taken in the car and not just tried for size, i understand it is a safety concern so you must have the ability to test the safety of the seat and not just go off "crumbs" can be provided, i suggest you process either a full or partial refund.
I contacted the customer service team to request a video demonstration on how to adjust the Woosh 4’s strap. Wes sent this through to me by email very promptly. He was polite and professional throughout, which made dealing with Cosatto’s customer service team an absolute breeze.
I bought the all in all 360 car seat for my husbands car from boots which I thought was the same as mine but have now realised mine is the all in all ultra that I purchased separately last year with the full silhouette bundle. Boots use third party and instruct Cosatto to sent out the car seat which arrived promptly. We put the car seat in my husbands car to test before unpacking everything which is an Audi A4, the car seat would not spin as the sides are too big to turn and just get stuck on the back of the seat which was no good if it cannot be used as a 360 spin. We agreed to swap and put it in my car which is a Volvo xc60 and yet again same issue… I’m now beginning to think does this seat actually spin in any car? So I contacted boots who said to contact Cosatto to send back which I did multiple ways. DPD came to collect the parcel 2nd Feb and it arrived back at Cosatto 4th Feb to which I had an email advising it had arrived at the planet hospital for a cuddle and as soon as they get the all clear they will launch it back to me? I had to email back to this as it was being sent for a refund not a repair leaving customers confused and worried- had email 9th Feb to advise to ignore this email and that once it’s checked a refund will be issued accordingly. I emailed back on 11th Feb asking for an update as to if it has been checked yet or if they have instructed boots to refund me yet- had an email back 12th Feb advising they will update once they have confirmation that boots have been informed and refund is on the way… we are now on the 17th Feb, no email to advise it’s been checked or to say boots have been informed to refund… I think this customer service is just ludicrous, I feel so in the dark and not understanding the long wait for a car seat to be checked that it hasn’t been used and it feels as if there is no rush to refund anyone or check orders sent back see as they have the money. I’ve never waited 2 weeks for something to be checked before refunds are issued… I was looking to buy the same all in all ultra again once I had the refund for this seat and I have been a fan of Cosatto for a long time and have had 3 different pram sets from them but this experience has truly put me off for life and I think I’ll look elsewhere!
I can't express how much I adore this brand! My on the prowl buggy is simply beautiful, and I receive numerous compliments on it. The design is absolutely eye-catching. Additionally, the service is remarkable. When I asked about my bumper bar, the response was outstanding. I can genuinely say that this company truly prioritizes its customers. My inquiry was handled by a wonderful representative who managed everything excellently. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority. An excellent brand!
