I previously used the service and returned expecting the same quality, but this time was a complete letdown from beginning to end. The Level 3 survey I received included low-quality, poorly lit photos that hardly captured anything. When I raised my concerns, they sent a second document with the same inadequate photos just enlarged. Some images were entirely missing from the original report, which is unacceptable for a Level 3 survey. The written report was equally frustrating; large sections seemed generic and not tailored to my property. I paid for a thorough inspection, not a recycled format. The handling of my complaints only exacerbated the situation. The representative assigned to my case repeatedly deflected my concerns without addressing any of the issues I mentioned. Each response skirted around my points and relied on standard phrases instead of genuine explanations. I never received a satisfactory answer regarding the poor-quality photos, missing evidence, or reused text—just avoidance and dismissal. For a service that impacts significant financial decisions, this level of negligence is alarming. I had to escalate the issue externally because the company wouldn't accept responsibility. If you're looking for clarity, proper evidence, or a service that takes your concerns seriously, steer clear of this company. They disappointed me greatly, and I won't be returning.
