Not very helpful to us in buying our home - they did attend on the day planned but we’d planned to attend for the last part of our level 2 home buyer survey but the surveyor had already left within 50 minutes. The report was extensive but absolutely full of caveats and areas they had not been able to view. We spoke to the surveyor about key areas including the source of a damp smell, he said that the owners were brewing hot chocolate and so he couldn’t smell anything. In fact huge important issues were missed, since moving in we have been battling for months with a longstanding rodent infestation and structural and damp problems that the seller boasted to our neighbours he was astonished (and glad) weren’t picked up. We wouldn’t recommend this service.
