This is the third electric throw I've purchased, but the latest one had a fault where the temperature kept dropping to level 2 and sometimes shut off completely, even on a low setting. I reached out to the support team, and without any hassle (after sending a few pictures of the issue), they arranged for a replacement throw to be sent to me.
