This is my third electric throw from this company, and while the latest one had a problem where the temperature kept dropping to level 2 and occasionally turned off on a low setting, the support team was fantastic. After I sent a few pictures of the issue, they quickly arranged for a replacement. The correspondence was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service.
