A friend gifted me a heated throw last year when I was diagnosed with cancer. The throw was wonderful, and everyone in my home enjoyed it! Unfortunately, an error code appeared recently. I reached out to the company, and they guided me through troubleshooting. When we couldn't fix it, they sent a new one. Their prompt email responses were appreciated.
