I am extremely satisfied with the outcomes so far and the assistance provided whenever a request is made. It's clear why they excel at their work. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to enhance communication regarding ongoing processes. There were times when it felt like a guessing game about what would happen next, and we received varying timelines during the process. While it's understandable, we sometimes waited for a couple of hours for service, even when specific times were arranged for us to be there. This isn't meant as negative feedback, as I truly believe they are the best. You can tell when you are there that they are professional, managing many clients daily, which can be challenging. However, as a patient who is often unaware of what’s going on, I think we should receive complete information and clarity about what to expect. I found myself searching for updates, and nobody enjoys feeling like they are bothering others. Would I return? Absolutely. Would I recommend this to friends? I already have; in fact, one will be reaching out soon 🙂. Given the volume of clients they handle, they still do an excellent job. I just hope they can find a better way to convey all information clearly. Thank you to the service; it is definitely the best I've encountered. Thank you all for everything.
