Great clinic, worth paying a bit more for quality, the owner personally designs you’re hair, I came out with 6500 grafts, very happy with the aftercare products and services, I stayed in the hospital option which works out well. I compared it to many other clinics and this once topped them. Please remember if your coming from USA which a lot do, remember its a different language barrier so you can’t expect them to bend over backwoods and put you first.
I had my hair transplant performed by a skilled doctor, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The facility is stunning, impeccably clean, and very professional. The team was incredibly warm, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire journey. Even though there were moments of minor language differences, it didn’t impact the quality of care. The follow-up after the procedure was outstanding, and I always felt well cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend this doctor and the clinic to anyone thinking about a hair transplant.

To be completely transparent, the beginning of my journey was quite frustrating. After securing my spot and scheduling the procedure, I needed to postpone my arrival by a few days. The representative initially assigned to me repeatedly insisted this was impossible, claiming there were no openings until next year. After 10 days of back-and-forth, I learned that this representative didn't actually have the authority to make that decision. It was disappointing to have my request denied repeatedly by someone lacking proper oversight. A Turning Point:
Things changed for the better when I requested a new representative and was assigned to a different one. From that moment on, the planning was seamless. The new representative was professional and efficient, making the experience stress-free. The Clinic and Hospital Experience
Accommodations: I stayed at the clinic, which offered very nice, serviced, and exceptionally clean rooms. The staff at the hospital were consistently helpful and friendly. On-Site Coordination: At the hospital, I primarily worked with a specific representative. He was great—very helpful and took the time to explain every step of the process. The Process: The flow is very organized. You go through several steps before meeting the sub-doctors who draw your initial hairline and answer preliminary questions. Meeting the Doctor
I had seen reviews complaining that the meeting with the doctor is short. While the meeting is brief, I found those complaints to be misleading. It didn't feel rushed; rather, it felt efficient. The doctor is incredibly skilled and double-checks everything his assistants have done. In my case, he redrew my hairline and added extra sections to enhance the outcome. I suspect that for patients where the assistants have already drawn a "perfect" line, he doesn't need to change much, which some might misinterpret as being rushed. He answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns. The Surgery
The actual surgery was handled by two skilled professionals. They are amazing, talented individuals who did exceptional work. They made the surgery pass by easily and were a pleasure to be around; their skill and presence truly enhanced my experience. Final Verdict

I am extremely satisfied with the outcomes so far and the assistance provided whenever a request is made. It's clear why they excel at their work. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to enhance communication regarding ongoing processes. There were times when it felt like a guessing game about what would happen next, and we received varying timelines during the process. While it's understandable, we sometimes waited for a couple of hours for service, even when specific times were arranged for us to be there. This isn't meant as negative feedback, as I truly believe they are the best. You can tell when you are there that they are professional, managing many clients daily, which can be challenging. However, as a patient who is often unaware of what’s going on, I think we should receive complete information and clarity about what to expect. I found myself searching for updates, and nobody enjoys feeling like they are bothering others. Would I return? Absolutely. Would I recommend this to friends? I already have; in fact, one will be reaching out soon 🙂. Given the volume of clients they handle, they still do an excellent job.
