The representative initially assigned to me repeatedly insisted this was impossible, claiming there were no openings until next year. After 10 days of back-and-forth, I learned that this representative didn't actually have the authority to make that decision. It was disappointing to have my request denied repeatedly by someone lacking proper oversight. A Turning Point:
Things changed for the better when I requested a new representative and was assigned to a different one. From that moment on, the planning was seamless. The new representative was professional and efficient, making the experience stress-free. The Clinic and Hospital Experience
Accommodations: I stayed at the clinic, which offered very nice, serviced, and exceptionally clean rooms. The staff at the hospital were consistently helpful and friendly. On-Site Coordination: At the hospital, I primarily worked with a specific representative. He was great—very helpful and took the time to explain every step of the process. The Process: The flow is very organized. You go through several steps before meeting the sub-doctors who draw your initial hairline and answer preliminary questions. Meeting the Doctor
I had seen reviews complaining that the meeting with the doctor is short. While the meeting is brief, I found those complaints to be misleading. It didn't feel rushed; rather, it felt efficient. The doctor is incredibly skilled and double-checks everything his assistants have done. In my case, he redrew my hairline and added extra sections to enhance the outcome. I suspect that for patients where the assistants have already drawn a "perfect" line, he doesn't need to change much, which some might misinterpret as being rushed. He answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns. The Surgery
The actual surgery was handled by two skilled professionals. They are amazing, talented individuals who did exceptional work. They made the surgery pass by easily and were a pleasure to be around; their skill and presence truly enhanced my experience. Final Verdict
