Following my treatment, I was offered 20% off the next session — a generous offer, especially considering the clinic’s premium pricing.However, I was surprised to learn that the discount is only valid if the next treatment is booked and completed within 30 days. Due to the cost, I’ve opted to have my next treatment elsewhere, though I would genuinely love to return to see Dr. Mehta. Unfortunately, the booking team confirmed that the 20% offer cannot be extended beyond the 30-day window.It’s disappointing that a clinic of this calibre doesn’t allow for more flexibility, especially considering the recovery time often needed between treatments. I initially chose this clinic believing it prioritised patient care, but this experience has made it feel more like a business-driven approach than a customer-focused one.Dr. Mehta and the nursing team provided excellent care, and I’m grateful for that.
