Run, don't walk away from this company. My experience as a teacher was that you are only used to bring in new students and if you are not successful in your first 3 attempts, you are terminated. The "mentors" are only there to judge your performance and the salespeople are judging you as well. It's stressful and I'm not confident that they care about the students or the teachers
