My kids are enrolled in 3 classes, and all of their teachers are wonderful. They are very attentive to what the kids are doing and keep them engaged. Their sessions have proven to be very productive. Cosmo assignments have helped both kids with their classwork. Zach is very attentive to and helpful with coordinating kids' class schedules and keeping a watch on missed classes.
Little contact with supervsiors. Admin/supervisors only contact you when it is "too-late" to remedy a potential penalty.
They are unwilling to admit that their courseware software is slow, malware-based and the cause of delays to the bandwidth from where you access it.
They charge penalties from outside of the terms of agreement, 10$ if a feedback survey is not complete within 24 hours, no reminders to complete sent.
Parent-tutor chats are created to give na illusion of transparency, but the "Learning Consultant", is usually making phone calls beyond the chat behind the tutor's back, if the tutor cannot negotiate a time change with the parent themselves, what is the point of having the chat? Likewise, if a parent is asking the tutor to go off script with the content/material in a way that the courseware doesn't support, the tutor should be either compensated accordingly or commended on their willingness to go above and beyond.

I successfully completed the interview and trial lesson. Then I was asked to pay £37.50 (about $50) for a criminal record check. I paid that. The money was taken from my account. I waited. And I waited. And I followed up via email. And I followed up via email again. Eventually, I received an email advising me that the company Care Check were responsible for the criminal record check process and they were insisting on another £37.50 being sent to them before they would refund the first £37.50 that I had already paid. Finally, after I made a fuss on social media, the money was refunded, but the entire endeavour seems to have been a complete waste of energy. I would advise that people avoid this company.
Teacher is friendly but it is not worth the amount of fees that we are paying for. We were promised refund but then its limited only for the first 30 days. The classes after were quite a waste of time as there are not much learning to write a good composition. How do I get a refund??
I signed my child up for their 36 lesson-package ($1950) at the start of 2026. We went ahead with COSMO because the trial went well and the tutor assigned happened to fit our child's learning style. We also felt the warmth and enthusiasm coming from their consultants. After having committed to class package, we were assigned a different consultant to follow-up on any "issues" or "help needed". Following the 1st trial, we had countless moments where technical issues surfaced and perhaps due to time difference, the team is unable to respond promptly. Some issues are, the tutor would be doing a practice work with his slide, but we cannot view it, or it is very laggy. This connection issue we face only happens with COSMO app/classes.Currently, we are only able to attend the classes on the ipad, but often with glitches. My child can only do the homework on my iphone when it is running on my Data plan but not my WI-FI. On the APP, it is advised that using a laptop allows a better experience. However, we are unable to even access the login page online. I would like to know if other parents/students from Singapore experience connection issues with this APP like we do. If this is a common problem, then perhaps the Cosmo team should investigate and rectify it before marketing to our region. If this is an isolated issue, I would appreciate more active response and follow-ups to assist us. At the moment, our experience is good with the assigned tutor, but the frustration kicks in when we do not get the prescriptive solutions when facing technical or connection issues. In short, this makes the learning and product experience feel short-changed. If the product is available internationally, it is fitting to provide a hotline or troubleshoot consultant that is from the same region/timezone for better customer experience.
