I ordered two LED boards on Nov 18. Tracking showed it at a distributor on Nov 20, but there has been no further progress. I made several attempts to contact the company on Dec 8 but received no response. I had to get my credit card involved for a refund. I then heard from the company that my order was canceled because I disputed the charge. I doubt they would have followed up if I hadn't taken that step.
