Review Time
This took a very long time to arrive (roughly 3 months) so it didn't arrive for Christmas and when it did arrive, the cable was broken with no way of attaching it to the board so we haven't been able to get it working. I've emailed the company multiple times the first to request an update on arrival which they did send a delivery tracker link but this link only worked once, the second time following up again on delivery was ignored, and my emails informing them the product was faulty also ignored. It's no doubt a massive scam.
I had a terrible experience with this service. I ordered two boards for my grandchildren for Christmas on 11/23, but they didn't arrive until 11/24. I tried to cancel the order out of concern they wouldn't arrive on time, but was informed that cancellation wasn't possible since they were already in transit. Additionally, I ordered an extra set of pens that never arrived. When I contacted them about it, they requested pictures of the packages. Since they were gifts given to children on Christmas morning, I obviously didn't have any pictures! I was told there was nothing they could do to assist me.
I would give this service no stars if I could. I have also been unsuccessful in returning my purchase of the board. I ordered the large version but received the small one instead. It feels flimsy, is completely useless, and has been a waste of money. What are my options now? With so many complaints, surely something can be addressed. They advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Where is my order? I placed it on the 8th, and I haven't been able to track it on the website for three days. If I don't receive a response, I will dispute the payment and cancel it. This is unacceptable! If anyone reads this review, I advise against using this service.
It took 3 weeks to receive my order, and the instruction booklets were not included. I've noticed that the quantity often shows only '7' items left, which feels like misleading advertising. Additionally, the LED is not rechargeable; it only works when plugged in with the very short power cord. The service should be more cautious about the products it promotes.
I had a very frustrating experience, echoing what others have said. I ordered on 11/17 and still haven't received the product after nearly 30 days. The item was sent back to the original country without any notice regarding delivery issues. I had to reach out for assistance and requested a refund, but my requests were ignored multiple times, and they just resent the original package. I doubt it will arrive in time for the holidays, and based on other reviews, it seems like it might just be an average toy for my granddaughter.
