I am completely disappointed! I placed an order for three items on 11/24 and have yet to receive them. I received a 'shipping notice' on 11/26, but when I tried to track my order, I faced two issues: 1) the order couldn't be found, and 2) the tracking led to a site with minimal shipping information. I emailed for help, and they created a new shipping label, which was confusing since it was supposedly already shipped. However, the new tracking number provided no information about my package's location. I followed up on 12/8 for updates, but the tracking still showed no movement since 11/26. Their responses were vague, citing 'high order volume' and assuring me it was on the way, without addressing my questions. Now, three weeks later, I am still in the dark about my order. After searching for reviews about the company, I found out many others are facing similar issues. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge.
