As I've read previous reviews here it's a shame that there are such bad reviews regarding their prior recall on items. That happens with MANY companies and it's always a bit confusing and annoying to deal with recalls, but that one blip shouldn't be the overall view of the company. My experience has been phenomenal with Cosori over the years.My first experience with Cosori products was years ago when I purchased an air fryer. I don't recall the model but I later upgraded to their turbo air fryer that I have now. It's so quiet it sounds like a jet with a low hum instead of the normal raspier fan noise of previous air fryers I've owned.Cosori makes *beautifully designed* products. They're special, seriously. Absolutely beautiful. These are products that look pretty in the kitchen. Right now I have an air fryer, 2 electric kettles (one glass, one orange) and a glass coffee carafe with a gorgeous wood collar. Friends have actually asked me, "Where did you get that kettle? I love that orange!" I can't explain it but the designs are simple but elevated.And don't think that this feedback is all positive because I've had no issues. That's not true at all. When I've had occasional issues, Cosori's customer support has been most professional, kind, and timely. There's never a delay in getting help. Cosori demonstrates a genuine commitment to its customers, from the very first purchase through every stage of the relationship.Many customers only leave reviews after they've had a unsatisfying experience. Sometimes we don't take the time to leave a review when all is well. I am confident there are more experiences like mine than the contrary.I cook with Cosori every day, from morning coffee to my evening meal, and I love it.
