It’s been 2 weeks since we bought our Cosori 5L Rice cooker and we still LOVE IT. High quality material, sleek, cute and compact, perfect for our small kitchen, but we were able to feed up to 7 people. Dish washer safe! Not just a rice cooker, we use it to cook stew, scrambled eggs, fried vegetables, and other dishes too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🥳.

We hope Cosori will consider selling additional pots for its cookers. It will be so helpful.

Cosori 5L Rice Cooker - it’s a lot more than a rice cooker 😘

Best airfrier on the market

Ive used My Cosori airfrier twice a Day for over 2 years it the best cooker ive ever had, after this time I had a problem and the Cosori customer care service was brilliant, I can definitely recommend Cosori

Excellent customer service

I’ve had my draw break twice now (a year apart each time). The customer service has been excellent sending a replacement draw with no dispute. Obviously a concern it’s happened twice. But the great customer service puts me at ease with issues. Anita was very helpful on this occasion. The product is otherwise great

We bought a Cosori air fryer toaster…

We bought a Cosori air fryer toaster oven. It wasn’t working very efficiently and the on/off switch was glitchy. We contacted the company. They asked us to take a picture of the back of the product with the electrical cord cut. We did and within 5 days we had a new one on our counter. It works perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with Shayla, our CS Rep, and Cosori. Thank you for the great service and product.Laura Vingiano

Corsori 5.5L air fryer customer service

I was very disappointed that the plastic air fryer handle sheared off the screws only 3 months after guarantee has expired with only light usage. This is a great air fryer and we've really got used to having it. The fan motor is really efficient and it is very easy to use. I got in touch with Corsori customer service and they are replacing the basket (worth £20 plus postage) for us so good customer service

Cosori stands behind its products and customers!

As I've read previous reviews here it's a shame that there are such bad reviews regarding their prior recall on items. That happens with MANY companies and it's always a bit confusing and annoying to deal with recalls, but that one blip shouldn't be the overall view of the company. My experience has been phenomenal with Cosori over the years.My first experience with Cosori products was years ago when I purchased an air fryer. I don't recall the model but I later upgraded to their turbo air fryer that I have now. It's so quiet it sounds like a jet with a low hum instead of the normal raspier fan noise of previous air fryers I've owned.Cosori makes *beautifully designed* products. They're special, seriously. Absolutely beautiful. These are products that look pretty in the kitchen. Right now I have an air fryer, 2 electric kettles (one glass, one orange) and a glass coffee carafe with a gorgeous wood collar. Friends have actually asked me, "Where did you get that kettle? I love that orange!" I can't explain it but the designs are simple but elevated.And don't think that this feedback is all positive because I've had no issues. That's not true at all. When I've had occasional issues, Cosori's customer support has been most professional, kind, and timely. There's never a delay in getting help. Cosori demonstrates a genuine commitment to its customers, from the very first purchase through every stage of the relationship.Many customers only leave reviews after they've had a unsatisfying experience. Sometimes we don't take the time to leave a review when all is well. I am confident there are more experiences like mine than the contrary.I cook with Cosori every day, from morning coffee to my evening meal, and I love it.

Excellent Customer service by Anita

I purchased 2 of the Cosori air fryers. One for myself and one for my granddaughter. The handle in my basket has got very loose and the holes that it screwed into had melted. I contacted them to buy another basket for the white one. My warranty was out of date but Anita at their customer service kindly sourced me a white basket free of charge. I am absolutely over the moon with the customer service.

Worst Customer Service ever experienced

I purchased 3 sets of mosquito zappers from Cosari however I received the wrong item. I immediately contact Cosari customer service who directed me to return the items for a refund ( at my own expense). This was 2 months ago and then after 4 weeks the items were returned to me as “undeliverable”. I again contacted Customer service who then promised to refund the item but redirected me to the same return policy and return address as the one I had been sent earlier. The company is clearly trying to avoid their responsibility of refunding the incorrect delivered items and is an example of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I warn any potential customer to avoid dealing with the Cosari company.

New Toaster Oven Glass Shattered

I bought a brand new toaster oven with several settings, including air frying and rotisserie. I used it roughly every other day for about 3 months. I never put anything on top of the glass door, like the sticker on the door said. One day the oven was preheating and the glass door shattered sending pieces of glass all over the countertop and floor. I tried calling customer service several times. The recall specialist said my model was not on the recall list and all other inquiries for customer service are directed to email with no phone options. I have emailed the customer service email several times over the past 2 months and have never received a response. Dangerous products products with zero accountability with customer service. I award Cosori zero points and may god have mercy on its soul.
