I bought a brand new toaster oven with several settings, including air frying and rotisserie. I used it roughly every other day for about 3 months. I never put anything on top of the glass door, like the sticker on the door said. One day the oven was preheating and the glass door shattered sending pieces of glass all over the countertop and floor. I tried calling customer service several times. The recall specialist said my model was not on the recall list and all other inquiries for customer service are directed to email with no phone options. I have emailed the customer service email several times over the past 2 months and have never received a response. Dangerous products products with zero accountability with customer service. I award Cosori zero points and may god have mercy on its soul.
