On February 23 I received a notification from Amazon that Cosori recalled some models of air fryer's. I submitted my claim as specified. Less than a week later, my claim was approved. It has now been over 12 weeks. I've read from other social media sites that people who filed their claim in April received theirs about 3 weeks later. That social influencers received theirs early as well. It is my belief that claims should have been processed in the order in which they were received. I received an email from Cosori yesterday stating that my product was in the shipment phase and it could take up to an additional 8+ weeks. Cosori has probably lost the trust of the American and Canadian people. Who's to say that the replacement they are sending is safe. I appreciate them doing the right thing and recalling the product. I don't appreciate how it seems to have been handled. My family and I will not purchase from Cosori again. We're probably not the only family that feels this way.
