Absolute worst customer service. Received an email from Amazon, informing me the air fryer I purchased is being recalled. Had to register for a replacement and part of the process involves cutting the power cord of the existing air fryer and sending a photo.They mentioned the wait time for a replacement is unknown, but the closest "guess" they can give is 8+ weeks. So they essentially expect us to wait a very extended period of time without an air fryer because of an issue on their end.I tried getting more details from the support rep on the phone, in regards to how I could get more accurate shipping times, or any information really. However, I was told the same thing over and over again: "Wait for an email that shows tracking information".My questions were not being answered; they were instead being completely disregarded and I was given the same responses repeatedly (wait for tracking information in your email).I would avoid this company at all costs, and go with a more reputable brand for air fryers.
