THIS COMPANY OWNS CORSORI AIR FRYER WHICH WAS RECALLED. WHEN YOU GO ONLINE TO REGISTER FOR REPLACEMENT AND SEND CORRECT PHOTOS OF FRONT, BACK AND BOTTOM WITH BATCH NUMBER, COMPANY SENDS A FORM LETTER SAYING THAT YOU HAVE THE INCORRECT BATCH NUMBER. I GOT THIS TWICE AND RESUBMITTED PHOTOS. THERE IS ONE BATCH NUMBER ONLY AND I SENT VISIBLE CORRECT PHOTOS. I GOT 3 EMAILS SAYING THAT I NEED TO SEND A "HANDWRITTEN" BATCH NUMBER WHICH DOESN'T EXIST. WHEN I SENT THE PHOTO AGAIN, THE FORM LETTER SAYS "WE WILL REJECT YOUR REQUEST LATER, THEN YOU CAN UPLOAD THE CORRECT PHOTOS". I BELIEVE THIS IS A TYPO!!! WE WILL "REJECT". YOUR REQUEST????? WHEN YOU CALL THE 800# ON THE EMAIL IT HANGS UP ON YOU. I THINK THE COMPANY BELIEVES CONSUMERS WILL GIVE UP EVENTUALLY AND THEY WON'T HAVE TO SEND REPLACEMENTS FOR THEIR FIRE CATCHING UNITS. SCAM SCAM SCAM. HOW ARE YOU GETTING REPLACEMENTS AND WHICH GOVERNMENT AGENCY TO YOU CALL. CAN WE GET MONEY BACK FROM AMAZON IF I CAN'T GET COMPANY TO HONOR REPLACEMENT???
