I have been a customer of the company for several years. The costumes are usually of good quality and customer service is typically quick. However, this time has been a problem. I placed an order for several costumes at the end of August 2025. I received about two-thirds of my order by September, but the Zoey costume sent was incorrect. I reached out for assistance, but unfortunately, my desired size was no longer available. After discussions with the company, we agreed I could return the items, but they requested I wait until the entire order arrived to send everything back together. The rest of my order arrived late in mid-October. I had to cover return shipping costs, which was fine. I returned all items at the end of October, and tracking confirmed they arrived on November 12. They assured me I would receive my refund within 1-2 business days. However, when I checked a few days later, they claimed to have contacted PayPal for the refund, but nothing has happened. Now, as of December 24, not only have I not received my refund, but I also lost the shipping amount. That totals over $210 that remains unrefunded. I usually avoid negative reviews, but since I'm not receiving help, I feel it's necessary to warn others.
