I have been a customer of the service for several years, appreciating the good quality costumes and generally prompt customer support. However, my recent experience has been frustrating. I placed an order for several costumes at the end of August 2025 and received about two-thirds of my order by September. Unfortunately, the costume I received was incorrect. After reaching out to the support team, I learned that the correct size was no longer available. We agreed that I could return the items, but they requested that I wait until the full order arrived to send everything back. The remaining items arrived late, in mid-October, and I had to cover the return shipping costs. I returned everything in late October, and tracking confirmed it was received on November 12. They assured me I would receive my refund within 1-2 business days. However, after checking a few days later, I was informed that they had contacted the payment service for the refund, but nothing has come through. As of December 24, I still haven't received my refund, and I've also lost the shipping cost, totaling over $210. I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to caution others since I am not receiving the assistance I need.

This company is highly misleading. DO NOT pay for expedited shipping! Everything ships from overseas AFTER it's made, which can take up to a month. After researching this company, I found mixed reviews. I belong to the dissatisfied group. I wasted $130 on a costume that was supposed to arrive days ago, and part of my order hasn't even shipped. If you have a deadline, DO NOT purchase from this company!
I ordered three demon hunter costumes for my daughters, and they are fantastic. This is not something you'd find at a typical costume store; these are high-quality outfits. All the accessories match perfectly. My package was 'lost' with no updates for nearly 20 days, but they ensured I received updated information and replied to all my emails. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but I was prepared for that. Great experience overall.
Don't trust the shipping dates advertised on their website. I chose this company because buying directly from overseas would take too long, and their site claimed 10 days. They did not ship in that timeframe; I had to follow up for them to even consider sending it. It turns out they don't have stock and it's essentially drop shipping, meaning my costume is still coming from overseas. Instead of the promised 10 days, it's taking about 30 days. Very disappointed and still waiting. Just buy from overseas websites for much cheaper; it will take the same amount of time.
I purchased the maomao garden party cosplay, and it arrived with all necessary accessories. It was easy to put on and is one of my most comfortable and favorite cosplays. It photographs beautifully as well. I've worn it three times at different conventions, and it has shown no signs of wear. The quality is like a layered cotton, not too warm. I even got engaged while wearing it at an event!
