I have been a customer of the service for several years, appreciating the good quality costumes and generally prompt customer support. However, my recent experience has been frustrating. I placed an order for several costumes at the end of August 2025 and received about two-thirds of my order by September. Unfortunately, the costume I received was incorrect. After reaching out to the support team, I learned that the correct size was no longer available. We agreed that I could return the items, but they requested that I wait until the full order arrived to send everything back. The remaining items arrived late, in mid-October, and I had to cover the return shipping costs. I returned everything in late October, and tracking confirmed it was received on November 12. They assured me I would receive my refund within 1-2 business days. However, after checking a few days later, I was informed that they had contacted the payment service for the refund, but nothing has come through. As of December 24, I still haven't received my refund, and I've also lost the shipping cost, totaling over $210. I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to caution others since I am not receiving the assistance I need.
