As a frequent visitor to the local café, I consistently enjoy an excellent experience, whether I choose to dine in or take away. The staff are always friendly and professional. Today, I ordered a coffee cake and a toastie but accidentally left without the toastie. After making my way across the large, rainy parking lot, I noticed a young lady with red hair waiting with my toastie! That is what I consider exceptional customer service. Such dedication is rare, and I truly appreciated it. Thanks again, I had a wonderful time!
