Always a fantastic experience!

As a regular visitor to my favorite café, I consistently enjoy exceptional service, whether I dine in or take away. The staff are always friendly and professional. Today, I accidentally left without my toastie after ordering a coffee cake. After crossing the large, rainy parking lot, I saw a young woman with red hair waiting with my toastie! That is what I consider outstanding customer service. Such dedication is rare, and I truly appreciated it. Thanks again, I had a wonderful time!

Always a top-notch experience!

As a frequent visitor to the local café, I consistently enjoy an excellent experience, whether I choose to dine in or take away. The staff are always friendly and professional. Today, I ordered a coffee cake and a toastie but accidentally left without the toastie. Unpleasant experience with staff

Visited the location near the home improvement store. I ordered a cheese toastie and an extra hot flat white for takeout, but both were served for dining in. When I politely requested a takeout, the staff reacted rudely, carelessly pouring coffee into a cup and tossing the toastie into a bag. The coffee wasn't even extra hot, just average. Mistakes happen, but the staff's attitude was disappointing, making it feel like customers were an inconvenience. Overall, very poor service.

Disgusting experience

I visited the café located in a local store, where I usually stop before my weekly shopping. Today was the worst I've encountered; the service was slow, tables were dirty, and the staff were unhelpful. To top it off, one staff member was picking her nose while serving and didn't wash her hands afterward. I don't think I'll return, especially if she's working—absolutely gross.

Bored staff and unappealing pastries

The staff appeared uninterested and not cheerful. I would have considered a pastry, but there were flies crawling over them. The cappuccino was dark and overly strong, so I decided to leave it. There are much nicer places around.

Disappointing experience at the hospital café

I visited the café at the hospital while on a fat-free diet before my operation. First, there was no oat milk available for several days. When it finally arrived, my large oat latte was watery and lacked froth. I returned it for another, but it was nearly cold and just warm.

Very unsatisfactory café conditions

The café at this location is in poor condition. It's dirty and lacks hygiene, especially the restroom facilities. There was no soap or toilet paper available. I even encountered a disturbing situation where someone had left a mess in the sink, and when I reported it, the staff simply closed the restroom without addressing the issue. It feels like they have little regard for customer experience.
