We reached out to the company, which confirmed that no visas were needed. We provided our passports to the agent and the company, yet on the day of boarding, we were denied access. My family, including my disabled mother, was left stranded in the Dominican Republic, incurring last-minute accommodation costs. We received continuous runarounds, hang-ups, and ignored emails when seeking a refund – avoid this service at all costs.
