Extremely frustrating online purchasing experience...

The online purchasing process has been the most frustrating of my life (I'm 58 years old). I tried to apply my vision insurance, but it was anything but simple. The site advertised free expedited shipping, yet I couldn't select it at checkout. The price for the glasses fluctuated several times. An engraving option was available, but it didn’t show up at checkout, leaving me uncertain. My cart total changed from $258 to $308 without explanation, and the numbers didn’t add up on the sales slip. After waiting another day, I found a free shirt offer, but couldn’t change the size. Plus, I could only apply my insurance to one item, making it impossible to use my benefits and nearly tripling the cost. I’ll contact customer support on Monday. I take sunglasses seriously and have been a loyal customer for 25 years. I hope this glitchy online experience doesn’t reflect the quality since the acquisition.
