The receptionist lacks understanding and just drones on. They made an error with a prescription that was unrecognized by multiple pharmacies. To rectify this, I had to pay for another consultation despite already paying for the faulty prescription. The receptionist insisted it was the pharmacy's fault, but if several pharmacies can't read the code, it's clearly a problem with the prescription. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with this company, and it will be the last. Speaking to that receptionist again seems pointless; she should realize her role in customer service.
