This is a complete rip-off, as others have pointed out. They promote services they aren't qualified to provide prescriptions for, merely referring you to another doctor, which incurs additional costs. The representative was incredibly rude and dismissive when I expressed that I paid for a service I never received, and I just got an awful email from them denying my refund request and essentially blaming me. They also prescribe medication over the phone without verifying medical history or weight, which is against the law. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!!

To rectify this, I had to pay for another consultation despite already paying for the faulty prescription. The receptionist insisted it was the pharmacy's fault, but if several pharmacies can't read the code, it's clearly a problem with the prescription. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with this company, and it will be the last. Speaking to that receptionist again seems pointless; she should realize her role in customer service.
