While the appointment was legitimate, I was referred to a doctor far away, and then they ceased all communication. It's disappointing, especially since the referral cost another €200, despite knowing my location and requiring an in-person visit. There was no prior warning about this. If you're not willing to travel and dislike poor communication, it’s best to avoid this service.
